About the role

The Hayatabad Medical Complex is seeking an experienced Nursing Director to lead and oversee nursing services across the hospital. This senior position combines clinical expertise with strong administrative and academic responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee management and coordination of all nursing departments.

Required profile

• Qualified Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN); Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in nursing administration and teaching within a healthcare setting.

• Proven capability to manage large teams and complex hospital workflows.
