Odoo Developer

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Odoo Developer to join our team in Rawalpindi. The role involves designing, developing, and customizing Odoo ERP modules to meet client business requirements. You will collaborate with functional consultants, project managers, and clients to deliver robust ERP solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules based on functional specifications.
• Create new Odoo applications and enhance existing ones.
• Design and modify Odoo views, reports, workflows, and business logic.
• Integrate Odoo with third‑party applications, APIs, and external systems.
• Customize QWeb reports and document templates.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in Odoo implementations.
• Optimize system performance and database operations.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and post‑implementation support.
• Maintain documentation for custom developments and integrations.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in Odoo development.
• Strong knowledge of Python programming.
• Good understanding of Odoo ORM, models, views, security, and workflows.
• Experience with PostgreSQL databases.
• Familiarity with XML, JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
• Understanding of REST APIs and third‑party integrations.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and propose technical solutions.
• Strong debugging and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
