Odoo Junior Functional Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Functional Consultant specialized in Odoo to join our team in Lahore. You will be involved in full‑lifecycle implementations, helping clients map processes, configure modules and optimise operations.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in requirement‑gathering workshops, document business needs and identify gaps with standard Odoo functionality.
• Document current processes, design future Odoo workflows and suggest improvements to increase efficiency.
• Support senior consultants in creating Business Blueprints, functional specifications and gap‑analysis reports.
• Configure core Odoo modules (Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, CRM) including master data, workflows, access rights and reports.
• Use Odoo Studio to create custom fields, views, reports and automated actions, and collaborate with technical team on code‑level customisations.
• Prepare data import templates, cleanse and validate master data, perform data uploads and reconcile migrated data.
• Assist with cut‑over planning, go‑live activities, provide hyper‑care support and resolve tickets within agreed timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related field.
• 1‑3 years of functional experience with Odoo and at least three full‑lifecycle implementations.
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, general ledger, inventory valuation, MRP and third‑party integrations.
• Official Odoo Functional certification preferred; basic technical familiarity with the Odoo ecosystem is a plus.
• Proficiency in spoken Arabic is preferred.
