On-Site Content Creator (Fresh Graduates & Interns)

About the role

Swole Spartan, a growing supplement and fitness brand in Pakistan, is building its creative team and is looking for creative, curious and driven content creators who understand social media and enjoy experimenting with ideas. The role suits fresh graduates, final-year students and those seeking a full-time internship; the employer cares more about creativity, potential and work samples than years of experience. It is a full-time, onsite position in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi/Islamabad, Monday to Saturday, and remote or hybrid work is not available.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok and other social platforms.
• Research trends, memes, hooks and content formats for fitness and lifestyle audiences.
• Develop creative ideas, scripts, captions and concepts for videos.
• Participate in filming and appear on camera when required.
• Edit short-form videos with tools such as CapCut or similar software.
• Experiment with content styles and use performance analytics to learn.
• Help build an engaging community around the brand and use modern tools, including AI, to improve workflow.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate, final-year student or aspiring creator seeking a full-time internship.
• Basic hands-on content creation and video editing skills.
• Genuine interest in Instagram, TikTok, fitness, memes and internet culture.
• Creativity, storytelling instinct and understanding of what grabs attention.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, meet deadlines and take ownership of work.
• Confidence in communicating ideas and taking part in video shoots.
• Ability and willingness to work full-time from the Rawalpindi/Islamabad office.
