On-site Graphic Designer, CRS and Video Editor

About the role

Media Initiation is expanding its creative team and is looking for on‑site talent to fill three key positions: Video Editor, Graphic Designer, and International Lead Generation Specialist. The roles are based at our Bahria Town, Phase 8 office in Rawalpindi and involve creating high‑impact digital assets and generating qualified international leads.

Key responsibilities

• Video Editor: Produce short‑form, trend‑focused videos and high‑converting Meta ad clips using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Graphic Designer: Design eye‑catching Meta ad creatives, social‑media grids and premium brand assets with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• International Lead Generation Specialist: Conduct outbound sales calls to international prospects, qualify leads and book appointments for overseas clients.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience for each role.
• Strong understanding of social‑media trends and visual branding.
• Excellent English communication skills for the Lead Generation role.
