Online 11+ English Tutor

About the role

Eximus Education is seeking a dedicated Online 11+ English Tutor to deliver engaging, curriculum‑aligned lessons to learners preparing for 11+ examinations. This full‑time remote position involves live online sessions, structured homework, and timely feedback to support each student’s progress.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver live online English lessons covering reading comprehension, creative writing, vocabulary, and grammar.
• Design, administer, and mark assessments, providing constructive feedback.
• Track learner performance using digital tools and adapt teaching methods to individual needs.
• Maintain accurate learner records and communicate regularly with parents or guardians.
• Collaborate with the Eximus Education team to share best practices and participate in training and quality assurance activities.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in English teaching, tutoring, and online instruction, preferably with 11+ exam preparation experience.
• Excellent command of English grammar and written communication.
• Proven experience working with learners aged 9–12 and a record of improving outcomes.
• Relevant teaching qualification (e.g., QTS, PGCE, CELTA) or a degree in English, Education, or a related field.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home working setup.
