Online Sales & Bookings Executive

About the role

The Online Sales & Bookings Executive is the front line of our revenue engine, handling inbound enquiries across WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and other digital channels. You will respond to 300‑400+ messages daily, build trust, close deals and ensure no lead is lost.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and reply to 300‑400+ daily messages on WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, Facebook Messenger and other active channels.
• Own the full sales cycle from first inquiry to confirmed booking, including qualification, presentation, objection handling, negotiation and closing.
• Maintain a systematic follow‑up process to keep leads warm and re‑engage past enquiries.
• Process and confirm online bookings for dine‑in, private events, catering and special occasion packages, coordinating with kitchen and operations.
• Update and maintain a booking tracker or CRM with real‑time status.
• Collaborate with management to design and analyse offers, promotions and upsell strategies.
• Deliver premium, on‑brand communication and build long‑term relationships with repeat customers and corporate clients.
• Submit daily reports and contribute to weekly sales reviews.

Required profile

• Strong written communication skills with a friendly, professional tone.
• Ability to handle high‑volume messaging and work quickly under pressure.
• Proven experience in end‑to‑end sales, preferably in hospitality or online booking environments.
• Detail‑oriented and organized, with a focus on accurate record‑keeping.
• Customer‑centric mindset and ability to turn enquiries into revenue.
