On‑Site Content Creator (Fresh Graduates & Interns)

About the role

Swole Spartan, a fast‑growing fitness supplement brand in Pakistan, is looking for creative fresh graduates or final‑year students to join its on‑site content team. This full‑time internship focuses on producing short‑form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok and other social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging short‑form videos that resonate with fitness and lifestyle audiences.
• Research current trends, memes, hooks and formats to keep content fresh.
• Develop scripts, captions and concepts for each video.
• Participate in filming and appear on camera when required.
• Edit videos using CapCut or similar editing software.
• Experiment with different styles and analyse performance metrics.
• Help build an active community around the Swole Spartan brand.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate, final‑year student or aspiring creator seeking a full‑time internship.
• Basic hands‑on experience in content creation and video editing.
• Strong interest in Instagram, TikTok, fitness, memes and internet culture.
• Creative storytelling instincts and ability to capture attention.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, meet deadlines and take ownership.
• Confidence to communicate ideas and participate in video shoots.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site at the Rawalpindi/Islamabad office.

Required skills

• CapCut (or comparable video editing tool).
• Use of modern creative tools, including AI‑powered applications.
