Walmart Marketplace Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a growth‑focused Walmart Marketplace Specialist to own and scale our Walmart brand presence into a multi‑million‑dollar channel. The role involves end‑to‑end management of listings, advertising, logistics and compliance across all active regions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive top‑line GMV growth, improve Buy Box share, conversion rate and organic rank.
• Audit and optimize the catalog for Walmart‑specific SEO, close parity gaps with Amazon, and manage variations and suppressed listings.
• Plan, execute and refine Walmart PPC/SEM campaigns using AI tools for keyword research, bid optimization and performance analysis.
• Monitor weekly revenue, ROAS and market share, and create product bundles, promotions and deals.
• Oversee order processing, WFS shipment planning, and resolve pricing, hijacker and delivery issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, E‑Commerce or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience managing Walmart Seller Center and running successful Walmart PPC/SEM campaigns.
• Proven track record of scaling revenue on Walmart with measurable before‑and‑after results.
