USA Truck Dispatcher (Onsite Islamabad Office)

About the role

A full-time, onsite USA truck dispatcher position based in the Blue Area office in Islamabad (opposite Ufone Tower). The role works night shifts, Monday to Friday, from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, and involves booking loads, negotiating rates and coordinating with drivers and brokers.

Key responsibilities

• Book profitable loads on load boards such as DAT and Truckstop
• Negotiate rates with brokers and shippers
• Maintain regular contact with drivers about load assignments, pickups and deliveries
• Plan efficient routes considering distance, fuel costs, traffic and delivery deadlines
• Track shipments in real time and update brokers and customers
• Build professional relationships with brokers and handle business communications

Required profile

• 1-3 years of relevant industry experience
• Good English communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the US trucking and logistics industry
• Familiarity with load boards, brokers and dispatch operations
• Ability to work night shifts
