Key responsibilities

• Support daily operational activities across assigned departments.
• Build, improve, and maintain internal systems and workflows.
• Coordinate between teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
• Assist in process automation and structured documentation.
• Track tasks, follow up on deadlines, and ensure timely completion.
• Support data management, reporting, and operational quality control.
• Identify bottlenecks with management and propose efficiency improvements.
• Utilize AI tools and technology to boost productivity.
