Operations Associate

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Associate to support the smooth functioning of our internal teams and external partners. The role combines coordination, administrative support and project assistance across HR, operations and business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely execution of priorities.
• Assist with HR, operations and business support activities as required.
• Monitor ongoing tasks, follow up on action items and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain accurate documentation, records and operational reports.
• Provide general coordination and project support across departments.
• Undertake additional responsibilities assigned by management to support business objectives.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year of professional experience in Operations, HR, Administration, Recruitment, Client Services or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• High level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.
• Strong emotional intelligence and ability to build positive working relationships.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
