About the role

We are seeking a proactive Operations Coordinator to support our online Quran and Islamic Studies institute. Working remotely, you will act as a central point of contact for students, parents, teachers, and management, ensuring smooth daily operations and high‑quality support.

Key responsibilities

Communicate promptly with students, parents, teachers, and management via phone, email, and live chat.
Coordinate class schedules, resolve conflicts, and maintain up‑to‑date timetables.
Follow up on demo class reports and assist with student enrollment processes.
Participate in operational meetings and implement approved procedures.
Provide timely student support and address inquiries efficiently.

Required profile

Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
Capacity to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
