Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations to ensure smooth functioning of every department.
• Develop and implement strategic plans that improve operational efficiency and support business growth.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 30 employees, providing clear direction and performance feedback.
• Coordinate with department heads to align goals and promote cross‑functional collaboration.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, address issues, and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives.

• Drive cost‑control measures while maintaining quality standards.

Required profile
