Operations Manager - Digital Marketing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operations & Project Manager to lead operational performance and oversee project delivery for a digital marketing agency. This full‑time remote position works Monday‑Friday, 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM PKT, and combines team leadership, workflow optimisation, and hands‑on project management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage operational workflows and end‑to‑end project delivery.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to keep projects on schedule and within deadlines.
• Collaborate with department leads to prioritise workloads and remove bottlenecks.
• Oversee fulfillment quality across SEO, paid ads, web, and marketing projects.
• Implement and improve SOPs, systems, and operational processes.
• Lead team accountability, reporting, and performance management.
• Track project progress, timelines, KPIs, and resource allocation.
• Support issue resolution, escalations, and client delivery challenges.
• Drive operational efficiency, profitability, and retention initiatives.
• Maintain strong communication and alignment across remote teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in operations and project management.
• Proven experience managing remote, cross‑functional teams.
• Strong understanding of workflow design, SOP development, and operational systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational abilities.
• Experience in digital marketing or agency operations is preferred.
• High attention to detail, accountability, and problem‑solving skills.
