Operations Manager – Digital Marketing (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operations & Project Manager to lead operational performance and oversee project delivery for a digital marketing agency. The role is fully remote and works full‑time from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM PKT, Monday‑Friday. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, to high standards, and aligned with company goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage operational workflows and oversee end‑to‑end project delivery.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to keep projects on track and within deadlines.
• Work closely with department leads to prioritize workloads and remove bottlenecks.
• Oversee fulfillment quality across SEO, paid ads, web, and marketing projects.
• Implement and improve SOPs, systems, and operational processes.
• Lead team accountability, reporting, and performance management.
• Track project progress, timelines, KPIs, and resource allocation.
• Support issue resolution, escalations, and client delivery challenges.
• Drive operational efficiency, profitability, and retention initiatives.
• Maintain strong communication and alignment across remote teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in operations management and project management.
• Proven experience managing remote teams and cross‑functional projects.
• Strong understanding of workflows, SOP development, and operational systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in digital marketing or agency operations is preferred.
• High attention to detail, accountability, and problem‑solving ability.
• Available full‑time Monday‑Friday, 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM PKT.
