Operations Manager

About the role

The Operations Manager will lead all manufacturing activities at our AI‑textiles Terry towel unit in Khurrianwala, Faisalabad. Reporting to the Director, the role ensures production targets are met, quality standards are upheld, and profitability is maximized through efficient operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on sales forecasts and confirmed orders.
• Oversee end‑to‑end manufacturing processes including weaving, dyeing, cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing.
• Monitor production progress, adjust capacity utilization, and take corrective actions to meet on‑time delivery commitments.
• Drive lean manufacturing initiatives, improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and optimize labor and machine productivity.
• Control manufacturing costs such as direct labor, utilities, raw material consumption, and overheads.
• Maintain world‑class product quality by establishing quality checkpoints, ensuring compliance with export standards, and managing corrective actions.
• Coordinate inventory, maintenance, and compliance activities across all departments.
• Provide monthly profitability analysis and support continuous operational improvement.
