Operations Manager – Water Distribution & Fulfillment

About the role

We are seeking a disciplined, field‑driven Operations Manager to own end‑to‑end water bottle and beverage distribution in Lahore. This is a hands‑on position that requires you to be on the ground, coordinating every step from loading to delivery, cash collection, and empty‑bottle recovery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily water bottle and beverage distribution operations.
• Supervise drivers, helpers, dispatch staff, warehouse staff, and delivery teams.
• Plan and optimise delivery routes across Lahore.
• Track 19L bottles, PET bottles, cartons, empty bottles, deposits and inventory.
• Control loading, dispatch, returns, cash collection, customer complaints and delivery follow‑ups.
• Monitor vehicle usage, fuel consumption, delivery performance and route efficiency.
• Reduce leakage, theft, wastage, delays and operational errors.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, sales and customer service teams.
• Prepare daily reports on orders, dispatch, collections, inventory, pending deliveries, complaints and staff performance.
• Develop systems and SOPs to enable aggressive scaling.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in FMCG, beverages, bottled water, dairy, logistics, warehouse, distribution or last‑mile delivery.
• Proven track record managing drivers, loaders, dispatch teams and daily field operations.
• Strong command of route planning, inventory control, stock movement, cash collection and team discipline.
• Comfortable working on the ground rather than from a desk.
• Highly accountable, punctual and detail‑oriented with a focus on numbers and reporting.
• Able to identify and eliminate operational leakage, fraud and inefficiency.
• Capable of performing under pressure in a high‑volume environment.
