Oracle APEX Techno-Functional Developer

About the role

Faisal Movers is seeking an experienced Oracle APEX Techno-Functional Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise‑level applications. The role involves translating complex business processes into scalable technical solutions while collaborating closely with business and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain high‑performance Oracle APEX applications that meet business requirements.
• Analyze business processes and convert them into effective technical solutions using Oracle APEX, SQL and PL/SQL.
• Develop, optimise and maintain SQL queries, PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, triggers and other database objects.
• Create seamless integrations with external systems via REST APIs and Web Services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and database issues to minimise downtime.
• Conduct testing, debugging and performance tuning to enhance usability and responsiveness.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of hands‑on experience in Oracle APEX development and techno‑functional roles.
• Strong ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills for cross‑department collaboration.
