Oracle ERP Project Director

About the role

SOL Gulf is seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Project Director to lead full‑scale Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS) implementation programmes from inception through go‑live and post‑implementation support. This senior, client‑facing role combines deep Oracle EBS delivery expertise with full P&L ownership and executive stakeholder management.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of Oracle EBS programmes covering Finance, SCM, Manufacturing and HCM functional areas.
• Drive phase‑by‑phase milestone delivery using the full implementation methodology (AS‑IS assessment, Fit‑Gap, pilots, UAT, parallel run, cut‑over and support).
• Chair the programme Steering Committee, manage the Risk and RICE registers and oversee issue escalation.
• Govern data‑migration, parallel‑run strategy, reconciliation sign‑offs and Go/No‑Go decisions.
• Manage the full project P&L, budget tracking, margin control and commercial reporting.
• Control scope through formal Change Request governance and protect delivery margins.
• Identify follow‑on opportunities in BI, AI, managed services and cybersecurity as accounts mature.

Required profile

• Senior leader with extensive Oracle EBS implementation experience.
• Proven ability to engage CFOs and C‑suite executives in financial design workshops and strategic discussions.
• Strong governance, risk management and stakeholder leadership skills.
• Demonstrated P&L ownership and commercial acumen.
