Oracle PeopleSoft Technical Consultant

About the role

Abacus is expanding its DTS team and seeks a hands‑on Oracle PeopleSoft Technical Consultant to deliver Campus Solutions implementations, upgrades, and enhancements for higher‑education clients. The role is full‑time, on‑site in Lahore, and works closely with functional consultants and client stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and customize PeopleSoft Campus Solutions components.
• Develop integrations with third‑party systems such as payment gateways and learning‑management platforms.
• Diagnose and resolve production issues.
• Support delivery through UAT, defect resolution, and go‑live activities.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and client teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• 4‑7 years of hands‑on PeopleSoft development experience, preferably on Campus Solutions.
• Full implementation and upgrade cycle experience, from design to deployment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with client stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring junior developers or leading a workstream is a plus.
