Oral Health Officer – School & Community Programs

About the role

People Perfect is seeking an Oral Health Officer to lead school‑based oral health programs and community initiatives in Sahiwal. The role involves building relationships with dental professionals and ensuring effective execution of oral care campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute school‑based oral health programs and community initiatives in line with Pakistan guidelines.
• Manage all Professional Services Department activities within the assigned territory, ensuring compliance with standards and timelines.
• Coordinate with schools, dental professionals and internal teams for smooth communication and successful implementation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dental practitioners to support product recommendation activities.
• Promote oral care products through professional visits, meetings and engagement sessions.
• Maintain proper documentation, reporting and record‑keeping of all programs and field activities.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration or a related field.
