Orthodontic Practice Liaison

About the role

SmileCurve is a digital orthodontic consultancy offering clinical coordination, treatment planning and outsourcing services to partner dental clinics. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Orthodontic Practice Liaison in Lahore, a relationship-oriented BDS graduate who will combine clinical coordination, relationship management and business development with partner clinics.

Key responsibilities

• Collect orthodontic records, radiographs, clinical photographs, digital scans and case information from partner clinics, and help them submit cases through the SmileCurve Portal
• Ensure clinical documentation is accurate, complete and well organised, and coordinate with clinics for an efficient submission process
• Visit partner clinics, represent SmileCurve professionally and build relationships with dentists, orthodontists and clinic staff
• Educate practitioners about clinical services, treatment planning and the digital workflow, and gather feedback to improve the partner experience
• Promote orthodontic consultancy, treatment planning and outsourcing services, identify new partner clinics and generate leads
• Support the expansion of the clinic network and work toward monthly case submission targets
• Report on clinic visits, leads and case submissions, share market insights and keep records of interactions and follow-ups

Required profile

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree from a recognised dental institution
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Proactive, organised and results-oriented, willing to travel within Lahore for clinic visits
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the internal team
