Outbound Calling Executive

About the role

ABS International is hiring Sales Executives for a night‑shift US‑facing team in Karachi. The position involves outbound calls to US customers who already have a connection to the brand, focusing on real conversations rather than cold scripts.

Key responsibilities

• Engage US‑based customers through structured outbound calls, building relationships and managing follow‑ups.
• Close sales opportunities and generate revenue directly linked to personal performance.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English; ability to communicate with US customers daily.
• Full availability for the 6 PM – 2 AM shift, Monday through Saturday.
• Prior experience in outbound sales, telesales, BPO or call‑center operations is preferred, but fresh candidates with strong English and sales aptitude are also considered.

Required skills

• Proficiency with US CRM and dialer tools (as used on the job).
