About the role
Vertical Edge is seeking early‑career professionals to manage outbound client communication and engagement for the US market. This onsite position involves understanding client needs, presenting solutions, and maintaining interaction records.
Key responsibilities
- Outbound communication with international clients
- Understanding client needs and presenting suitable solutions
- Managing follow‑ups, KPIs, and interaction records
Required profile
- 0–2 years of experience in BPO, call center, or client‑facing roles
- Strong English communication skills (O/A Level background preferred)
- Confident fresh graduates willing to learn are encouraged to apply
