Cold Caller – Outbound (Night Shift)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing agency as a Cold Caller working the US night shift. You will initiate contact with driver candidates, pitch transportation opportunities, and hand qualified leads to the recruitment team.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound cold calls to driver candidates and leads.
• Conduct quick pre‑screening, deliver persuasive pitches, and handle objections.
• Transfer qualified leads to recruitment closers for final placement.
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly KPIs such as call volume, contact rates, and lead transfers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cold calling, outbound sales, telemarketing or CSR roles.
• Excellent verbal English with strong persuasion and objection‑handling skills.
• Willingness to work the US night shift (6 PM – 3 AM, Monday‑Friday).
• Resilient, goal‑oriented mindset comfortable with high‑volume rejection.
