Outbound Dialer – Digital Marketing Agency

About the role

The Dialer will join Brand Me Up Digital Marketing Agency’s sales team in Lahore, working full‑time on‑site. The primary focus is to generate qualified leads for the agency’s digital marketing services through high‑volume outbound calling.

Key responsibilities

• Place outbound calls to potential and existing clients using a predefined script.
• Accurately record call outcomes, update CRM entries, and maintain daily call logs.
• Schedule follow‑up calls or meetings and transfer qualified prospects to the sales or account‑management teams.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales colleagues to refine messaging and meet daily call and conversion targets.
• Provide feedback from prospects to support continuous improvement of outreach strategies.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Customer‑focused attitude with the ability to handle objections professionally.
• Experience in a call‑center, telemarketing, or customer‑service environment is preferred.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing services such as branding, SEO, SEM, social media, and web design is an advantage.
• High school diploma required; further education in business, marketing, or communications is a plus.
