Outbound Phone Sales Agent – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a confident, energetic Outbound Phone Sales Agent to join our fully remote team. The role focuses on generating sales opportunities through high‑volume outbound calls, building relationships with prospects, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Introduce products and services professionally and confidently.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Handle objections, build rapport, and close sales to meet individual targets and KPIs.
• Document interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
• Follow up with leads, maintain an organized sales pipeline, and stay up‑to‑date on product offerings and promotions.
• Collaborate with team members and management to continuously improve performance.

Required profile

• Previous experience in outbound sales, telesales, call centre or inside sales (preferred).
• Fluent English with a clear, professional, neutral accent.
• Strong verbal communication, persuasion, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a quiet home office.
