Outbound Sales Executive (Cold Calling)

About the role

A confident, energetic and target-driven Outbound Sales Executive (Cold Calling) is sought to join a growing e-commerce sales team in Karachi. The company provides account management services for Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart and other e-commerce marketplaces to businesses across the United States. The role is full-time, on a night shift (9:00 PM - 6:00 AM PKT), targeting US clients nationwide.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to potential US-based clients and introduce the e-commerce account management services.
• Identify potential clients and generate qualified sales leads.
• Communicate with business owners and decision-makers, understand their requirements and identify sales opportunities.
• Schedule meetings and appointments for the senior sales team.
• Handle objections and follow up with interested prospects by call and email.
• Maintain daily calling records, lead details and CRM updates, and meet daily and monthly calling, lead-generation and appointment-setting targets.

Required profile

• Previous e-commerce experience is not mandatory; candidates with cold-calling or sales experience in web design, development, digital marketing, IT services or other fields are welcome.
• Complete product and service training is provided.
• Mid-level experience level.
