Outbound Sales & Lead Generation Specialist

About the role

GrowEdgeX is looking for a high‑energy Outbound Sales & Lead Generation Specialist to drive its US‑focused growth. You will run high‑volume outbound campaigns, engage decision‑makers, qualify their needs, and schedule discovery meetings for the leadership team.

Key responsibilities

• Make 100–150+ outbound calls daily to business owners, medical practice managers, and executives across the US.
• Communicate GrowEdgeX’s value proposition and how it solves administrative bottlenecks.
• Ask discovery questions to uncover operational challenges, team size, and outsourcing readiness.
• Overcome objections and secure high‑value discovery meetings for the closing team.
• Log call outcomes, update prospect details, and set follow‑up tasks in the CRM.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly KPIs for dials, talk time, and qualified meetings.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of proven success in outbound B2B sales, lead generation, or inside sales.
• Excellent verbal and written English with a professional phone presence.
• Strong objection‑handling ability and persistence in reaching decision‑makers.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined, and able to maintain high energy during fast‑paced shifts.
