Outbound Sales Representative (Cold Calling)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Outbound Sales Representative to join our international BPO team in Lahore. You will be responsible for making cold calls to prospective customers, promoting our services, generating qualified leads, and closing sales while maintaining professionalism and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and businesses.
• Present and promote company products and services effectively.
• Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Follow up with potential clients to maximize conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer objections professionally and confidently.
• Stay updated on company offerings, market trends, and competitor activities.

Required profile

• Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 months experience in outbound sales, telesales, call centre, or BPO sales.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work in a target‑driven environment.
• Self‑motivated with a positive and professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
