Outbound Sales Representative – SaaS/CRM (Cold Calling)

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Outbound Sales Representative to drive new business for our AI‑powered SaaS CRM solution. You will work with curated lead lists, engage small‑business owners, and turn conversations into paying customers.

Key responsibilities

• Cold‑call businesses from provided lead lists and convert prospects into clients.
• Deliver concise, value‑focused pitches of our CRM product.
• Handle objections, schedule demos, and follow up persistently.
• Close deals via phone, video, or any preferred communication channel.
• Log all calls and outcomes in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cold calling or B2B phone sales with measurable results.
• Excellent spoken English – clear, confident, and persuasive.
• Comfortable using CRM tools or eager to learn quickly (training provided).
• Self‑managed, motivated, and resilient.
• Bonus: prior experience selling to small‑business owners.
