About the role

J.Sons Communications is a telemarketing service that provides freshly recorded, geographically specific final expense insurance leads to individual agents and agencies across the United States. It is hiring a Full-Time, On-Site Final Expense Closer based in Islamabad. The Closer contacts prospects supplied by the company, discusses their needs, presents suitable final expense insurance options and guides them through the decision-making process.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and build rapport with potential clients
• Overcome objections and ensure a smooth, compliant closing experience
• Collaborate with the telemarketing and administrative teams to follow up on leads
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and meet or exceed closure and performance targets
• Adhere to company policies, keep client information confidential and provide consistent, professional customer service

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Demonstrated closings and deal-closure skills to convert qualified leads into finalized policies
• Knowledge of escrow or related financial processes, including managing documentation and completing closing steps accurately
• Basic computer literacy and experience with CRM or call-center software to track leads, calls and closures
• Results-oriented mindset, ethical sales practices and willingness to work full-time on site in Islamabad
• Prior experience in insurance sales or telemarketing is an advantage
