Owner - Architecture, Engineering and Construction Firm

About the role

Ahmed Construction Company (ACCO), a Lahore-based architecture, engineering and construction firm founded in 1998, is looking for an Owner. This is a full-time leadership position covering the company's strategic direction, operations and business development. It is a hybrid role based in the Lahore district, combining on-site presence at project sites and the office with some work from home for planning, coordination and administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Set business goals, manage client relationships and evaluate new projects and partnerships
• Supervise design, engineering, construction, finance and marketing
• Review project proposals and budgets, monitor ongoing construction for quality and schedule, and resolve escalated issues
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards and contractual obligations
• Mentor senior staff, guide organizational growth and represent ACCO with clients, vendors, regulatory bodies and other stakeholders

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior management or ownership role in construction, engineering or real estate, preferably in Pakistan
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field; a master's in Business Administration is an advantage
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Lahore, including regular site visits and office meetings

Required skills

• Strong leadership, strategic planning and decision-making, able to guide multidisciplinary teams and run multiple projects
• Knowledge of architecture, civil engineering and construction management, including project lifecycle, site supervision and quality control
• Financial management, budgeting, contract negotiation and vendor management
• Client relationship management, communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with healthcare facility planning, commercial development, regulatory requirements, feasibility studies and MEP coordination is highly beneficial
