Owner – Business Strategy & Operations Leader

About the role

Quixas Technology is seeking an Owner to steer the overall business strategy, operations, and growth of its specialized property‑claims intake platform. This full‑time, on‑site position in Rawalpindi will lead product direction, client acquisition, and relationship management while ensuring high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s long‑term vision and growth strategy.
• Oversee product development, aligning features with market needs and regulatory requirements.
• Lead client acquisition efforts, manage key accounts, and represent the company at industry events.
• Manage budgets, set performance targets, and monitor financial health.
• Build and mentor a multidisciplinary team, establishing processes for scalability and compliance.
• Ensure security and data‑privacy standards (e.g., SOC 2) are upheld across the platform.

Required profile

• Proven business leadership experience, preferably in insurance, claims management, or property‑casualty domains.
• Strong background in strategic planning, operational oversight, and team leadership.
• Experience scaling a startup or product‑focused company with responsibility for revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
