Paid Media / PPC Executive

About the role

Khan Home Digital Solutions is looking for a Paid Media / PPC Executive to plan, execute and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms. The role supports the Group’s customer acquisition and business growth through research‑led strategy and performance monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate paid campaigns, translating business objectives into targeting recommendations, media plans and measurable outcomes.
• Research competitor ads, audience behaviour, search intent and market seasonality to inform recommendations and A/B testing.
• Build, review and optimise campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, including creative, copy, audience and landing‑page tests.
• Monitor spend, policy compliance and reconcile actual expenditure against approved budgets.
• Coordinate conversion‑tracking setup with GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel/CAPI and Google conversion tracking.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting costs, conversions, qualified leads and ROAS.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on paid campaign delivery experience with direct client communication.
• Demonstrated responsibility for budgets, results and optimisation decisions.
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, with ability to research competitors and audience insights.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret GA4 data, UTM tracking and core metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL/CPA.
• Clear client communication, accurate budget handling and dependable deadline management.
