Executive Merchandising

About the role

The Executive Merchandising role at PTCL is responsible for developing and executing merchandising strategies to boost brand visibility, drive consumer engagement, and support sales growth across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising plans aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Plan, design, and distribute point‑of‑sale (POS) materials such as displays, banners, and promotional merchandise.
• Collaborate with sales teams to optimise store layouts, shelf placements and visual merchandising.
• Conduct market research and benchmark merchandising strategies against competitors.
• Monitor compliance, analyse effectiveness, and report performance to senior management.
• Assist in managing the merchandising budget and negotiate with vendors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in merchandising, trade marketing or sales support, preferably in telecom or FMCG.
