About the role

Holiday Express is looking for a passionate Pakistan Tours Specialist to design and sell customized domestic tour packages. Based in Karachi, you will guide clients from the first inquiry through to a memorable travel experience across Pakistan’s most iconic destinations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, price, and sell tailored domestic tour packages covering destinations such as Hunza, Skardu, Swat, Naran, Kashmir, Murree, and Gwadar.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide detailed itineraries, and prepare quotations.
• Coordinate bookings with hotels, transport providers, and local vendors to ensure seamless travel operations.
• Manage group tours, monitor travel logistics, and resolve any issues that arise during trips.
• Stay updated on destination trends, seasonal offers, and new travel products.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the travel and tourism industry.
• Strong knowledge of Pakistan’s tourist destinations and travel infrastructure.
• Excellent communication, sales, and customer‑service abilities.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple bookings and itineraries simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with travel booking systems (any platform).
