Part-Time Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

PromoGeneration is expanding its 360 Recruitment & Workforce division and seeks a proactive Part‑Time Outbound Sales Development Representative. You will be the first point of contact for B2B decision‑makers, introducing our staffing and workforce solutions and turning conversations into long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and engage HR leaders, Operations heads, and C‑suite executives across target industries.
• Conduct outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn using a staffing‑first pitch.
• Qualify leads and schedule high‑quality discovery calls for senior sales staff.
• Position PromoGeneration’s recruitment and workforce services as strategic advantages.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and track all activities in the CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach cadence.

Required profile

• Hands‑on B2B sales experience (non‑negotiable).
• Strong understanding of service‑based selling, including pain points, objections, decision timelines, and stakeholder mapping.
• Confident phone presence and ability to craft outreach that generates responses.
• Target‑driven mindset with clear performance goals.
• Self‑starter attitude; proactive in identifying next steps.
• Experience with CRMs and sales outreach tools is a plus.
