About the role

We are seeking a Partnerships Manager – Growth to join a global technology leader. In this remote, full‑time position you will identify, negotiate, and secure high‑impact partnerships that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across our platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute partnership strategies to accelerate growth across core product segments.
• Identify and engage potential partners, including startups, enterprises, and industry leaders, through targeted outreach.
• Negotiate and structure mutually beneficial agreements aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate partner solutions and ensure seamless onboarding.
• Track and report partnership performance, including KPIs, revenue impact, and partner satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven track record in partnership development, business development, or sales within technology or digital platforms.
• Strong negotiation and contract management abilities.
• Experience with SaaS or platform ecosystems and understanding of B2B and B2C partnership dynamics.
• Ability to analyze market trends, partner landscapes, and competitive positioning.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills across global teams.
