Partnerships Manager – Remote

About the role

The Partnerships Manager will lead outbound business development for AI data partnerships, helping companies improve AI models with expert‑contributed training data and evaluations. Working remotely, you will engage enterprise partners across finance, healthcare, engineering and other sectors to qualify and secure high‑value data collaborations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, contact and qualify potential B2B partners through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach and multi‑channel sequencing.
• Build and maintain a high‑quality lead pipeline using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo and CRM tools.
• Design and execute targeted email sequences and outbound campaigns to generate qualified leads.
• Address objections related to data sharing and compensation models during calls with decision‑makers.
• Vet prospects against partnership criteria and shortlist high‑potential companies for further engagement.

Required profile

• Exceptional written and verbal communication with strong persuasion and rapport‑building abilities.
• Proven experience in cold calling, outbound lead generation and B2B business development.
• Track record of handling complex objections, especially around compensation or data models.
