Pathologist – AI-Powered Cancer Diagnostics

About the role

We are partnering with an innovative AI company that is transforming cancer diagnosis and clinical decision‑making. As a Pathologist, you will combine your clinical expertise with cutting‑edge technology to help develop, validate, and continuously improve AI models used in cancer detection.

Key responsibilities

• Review and annotate pathology slides, reports, and diagnostic findings to ensure accuracy.
• Support AI model training by providing clinical expertise and validating model outputs.
• Collaborate with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and multidisciplinary clinical teams.
• Participate in quality‑assurance reviews and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to research projects, develop clinical guidelines, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MBBS, MD or equivalent) with specialization in Pathology, Histopathology or Anatomical Pathology.
• Active medical license or eligibility to practice in Pakistan.
• Minimum two years of pathology experience preferred.
• Professional English communication skills.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of cancer diagnostics and pathology workflows.
• Experience reviewing pathology slides and laboratory findings.
• Familiarity with digital pathology platforms.
• Exposure to AI‑assisted diagnostics or medical research.
