About the role

The clinic is seeking an energetic and well‑presented Patient Care Coordinator to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for every client. You will be the first point of contact, guiding patients through appointments and coordinating with doctors and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome patients upon arrival and direct them to the appropriate doctor, treatment room, or consultation area.
• Maintain a comfortable waiting environment and attend to patient needs while they wait.
• Coordinate patient flow to keep clinic operations efficient.
• Assist doctors and staff with appointment scheduling and patient movement.
• Answer basic patient queries and provide information about clinic procedures.
• Keep reception and waiting areas organized and presentable.
• Follow clinic protocols and deliver excellent patient service.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Polite, professional, and customer‑oriented attitude.
• Active, energetic, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Well‑groomed and presentable appearance.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, healthcare, or clinic coordination is preferred.
• Ability to handle patients with empathy and professionalism.
