About the role

Join Columbus Medical Technology Solutions as a Patient Service Representative, providing frontline support to patients and healthcare providers. This full‑time, on‑site position in Karachi focuses on handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth administrative experience for patients.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming patient calls and inquiries promptly.
• Assist patients with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and follow‑up coordination.
• Provide accurate information about services, policies, and procedures.
• Support lead generation and maintain detailed call logs and reports.
• Uphold company standards, protocols, and quality‑assurance guidelines.

Required profile

• Strong background in customer service, support, or relations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude with a focus on patient satisfaction.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional customer‑service certifications are a plus.
• Experience in the healthcare or medical sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
