About the role

ChildLife Foundation is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Pediatrician to join its emergency and primary care network in Multan. The role involves delivering comprehensive clinical care to infants, children, and adolescents in both emergency and routine settings.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct patient examinations, assess, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic pediatric conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications and therapies, and manage follow‑up care.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and allied health staff to ensure evidence‑based, safe care.
• Provide family education, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to quality‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong clinical expertise in pediatrics and primary care, with ability to manage a wide range of conditions.
• Experience or training in neonatology for newborn and critically ill infant care.
• Current licensure/registration to practice as a pediatrician in Pakistan.
• Relevant postgraduate qualification in pediatrics (e.g., FCPS, MCPS, DCH) preferred.
• Commitment to child‑centered, ethical care and adherence to clinical guidelines.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
