People Operations Generalist – HR

About the role

Volga Partners is seeking a motivated, organized, and people‑focused People Operations Generalist to support its growing global workforce. This position blends human resources, people operations, and talent acquisition responsibilities and works closely with the Director of People Operations, recruiting teams and operational leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to deliver scalable people practices across multiple regions.
• Support recruiting efforts, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination and onboarding.
• Manage employee experience initiatives, workforce administration and compliance activities.
• Coordinate project launches and operational initiatives that impact the workforce.
• Provide day‑to‑day employee support and act as a point of contact for HR‑related queries.
• Collaborate with global delivery leads, project teams and executive leadership to align people strategies with business goals.
