About the role
GrowEdgeX is seeking an experienced Performance Marketer to lead paid advertising efforts for B2B service businesses, primarily serving US clients. The role focuses on strategy, optimization, and scaling of substantial ad budgets across Meta and Google platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and optimize multiple Meta Ads and Google Ads accounts.
- Develop and execute performance‑driven paid advertising strategies and B2B lead generation funnels.
- Scale significant advertising budgets while maintaining cost‑per‑lead (CPL) and cost‑per‑acquisition (CPA) targets.
- Continuously test creatives, audiences, offers, and campaign structures.
- Analyze performance data and adjust campaigns based on conversion rates and lead quality.
Required profile
- 3+ years of hands‑on performance marketing experience.
- Proven ability to manage large advertising budgets efficiently.
- Experience with US clients and B2B/service‑based marketing preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Required skills
- Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) platform expertise.
- Google Ads platform expertise.
