About the role

The LinkedIn Outreach Executive will lead AngleBrackets.io’s LinkedIn strategy, building a strong network of potential clients and partners. This full‑time, on‑site position in Karachi focuses on personalized outreach, campaign optimisation, and close collaboration with sales and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company’s LinkedIn presence and network.
• Identify, engage, and nurture potential clients or partners through personalized connection requests and messages.
• Monitor LinkedIn activity, optimise outreach campaigns, and maintain structured follow‑up sequences.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing to align messaging and support lead conversion.
• Track performance metrics, refine outreach templates, and maintain accurate records in CRM tools.
• Share insights on lead quality, market trends, and campaign effectiveness.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to write clear, professional, and personalized LinkedIn messages.
• Experience using LinkedIn for business development or lead generation, including managing connection requests, InMail campaigns, and follow‑up sequences.
• Familiarity with sales or marketing processes such as prospecting, qualifying leads, and collaborating with sales teams.
• Comfort using outreach and CRM tools to log interactions, manage pipelines, and report performance.
• Organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple conversations and follow‑ups simultaneously.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Karachi and contribute positively to a fast‑paced technology environment.
• Previous experience in business development, sales support, or digital marketing is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
