About the role
Bluemount Solutions is hiring a Performance Marketer in Karachi. The role covers planning, launching and managing paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok, with a focus on conversions, return on ad spend and lead quality.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, launch and manage paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok
- Optimize campaigns for conversions, ROAS and lead quality
- Build and manage audiences, including retargeting and lookalike audiences
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, ad copy and funnels
- Scale successful campaigns while maintaining profitability
- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing creatives
Required profile
- Proven hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
- Strong understanding of the Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel
- Experience with conversion tracking, event setup and attribution
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make optimization decisions
