Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

As a Performance Marketing Manager you will lead the planning, execution and optimisation of paid search and social campaigns for our clients, ensuring their advertising objectives are met and ROI is maximised.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across channels such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Manage PPC campaigns including keyword research, ad creation, bid management and budget allocation.
• Continuously optimise campaigns to improve click‑through rates, conversion rates and return on ad spend.
• Conduct in‑depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Create compelling ad copy and design effective ad extensions.
• Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages and other campaign elements.
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking and generate regular performance reports.
• Provide clients with detailed insights, address inquiries and present recommendations.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, web developers and content creators to achieve client goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in PPC advertising, primarily on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Proven track record managing successful eCommerce and services campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
